Caffeine Club ("we", "us") operates the Caffeine Club app and website at caffeineclub.app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Email address (from your sign-in provider)
- Display name and profile photo
- Coffee check-in data: photos, text, ratings, and café/location tags you add
- Stamp card activity (visits, stamps earned, rewards)
- Device push notification token (only if you enable notifications)
- Your Google or Apple account identifier (used to authenticate you)
How we use your data
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure
- To power community features (posts, comments, likes, profiles)
- To track stamp cards and rewards
- To produce aggregated café analytics for café owners (never your individual identity)
We do not use artificial intelligence to process your personal data.
Third parties
We share data only with the service providers required to run the app:
- Google and Apple — sign-in (OAuth)
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — website and API hosting
- Google AdSense — advertising on the website (where active)
We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep your data until you delete your account.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Children
Caffeine Club is intended for users aged 17 and older.
