How do stamp cards work?
When you check in at a participating café, you collect a digital stamp. Once a card is complete, you earn the café's reward — and you can even gift a free coffee to a friend. No more paper punch cards.
How do I claim my café?
If you own or manage a café, open its page in the app and tap Claim this café. We verify ownership, then give you free tools: digital stamp cards, a customer database, and review prompts. You can also email konektdxb@gmail.com for help.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all your data. It cannot be undone.
How do I report a post or user?
Tap the ••• menu on any post and choose Report. Our team reviews every report manually.
